After we worked out our accessibility issue with seeing the tower and being interrupted by trees, we have had no problems with Bertram, and in fact, have had a very good experience. I like the fact that you can call and talk to a real person, locally here in Wisconsin.

I have had Bertram internet for many years since they became an internet business and have had wonderful service with them, unfortunately I'm cancelling due to fiber internet available in my area, but they always treated me with grace and always helped me with all my concerns. Thanks for the many years of internet service.
