Went to get a directional bulb. To install the bulb you need small hands. Well the employee that waited on me did install the bulb in a matter of minutes and I wasn't there swearing because my big hands couldn't get to the bulb. Thank you again for going above and beyond!

Had problems with 2 vehicles and Jeff, Riley and McKenna all helped figure out what was wrong with both of them and they both are running again.
