“Stopped in to return a $10 battery core. Parked right in front of the auto door. Lady before me was traveling and TPS light came on. She was in near panic mode. Obviously busy/harried tech checked - bad sensor. (I got yelled at for parking) Staff and I *finally* convinced her she could make it home, like pre-TPS days. Extremely professional staff who handled an interruption like pros. I'm impressed. (The profuse apologies for the parking thang were quite unnecessary!)”

“I remember coming in as young boy with my Dad. I learned alot about small business, friendship, hard work, and the art of trade and bargaining. I loved listening to the Men haggling back and forth and watching the greasy mechanic hustle around the yard. We almost always walked out with what we needed and for the price we could afford to get our cars back on the road. I witnessed some struggles when the original owner passed away but It is now better than ever, and I wouldn't go anywhere else! I'm happy to see the organization, great customer service, fair prices, and availability. Ari does an amazing job and her dad would be proud! Thank you for always coming through for me in a time of need. I hope to bring my kids to Wally's Auto for many years to come. Highly recommend by a guy who fixes his own vehicles and junks quite a few.”

He replaced my cab air filter ans windshield wiper blades. He even cl3aned my windshield before he installed the wipers. Great great guy.”

“I have a Jeep that was giving me a tough time with the headlight. Jesse jumped in an gave me a hand. The dealer, unknown to me stripped the bolt holding the air box in, thus I couldn't remove the final bolt to make enough room to access the light. Jesse was able to slip his smaller hand in and rehook the light interface. I'm due to go on a trip with my son and grandson later this week, way up north. This took a ton of pressure off me that I was able to get it completed right there. I really appreciated his helpfulness and patience with me as I tried to navigate something that felt short of a miracle. I couldn't be more happy. Ten stars for Jesse and the O'Reilly team. “I have been going to Russ for a couple of years now. While his personality is a little rough around the edges, he is very knowledgeable and reliable. Whenever my car has an issue I go to him, because he takes the time to explain what the issue is and how he will fix it. I have never had an issue with his prices and he has never tried to short change me. If you want a trustworthy repair shop then this place is for you.”
“Took my car here when my sister hit my car. He called when the repairs were done. Work done looks amazing! Took my car back a week later to get something unrelated fixed. “Had tires installed. I was greeted when I entered, and my vehicle was immediately brought into the bay. I was updated on the progress via the Walmart app, and within 40 minutes the tires were installed and I was on my way.”

“A couple of years ago I was driving on bb and i got a flat tire within walking distance of this place. I knocked on the house door and they came out and I explained what had happened to my car and he happily drove me back to my car, and replaces the flat with the spare. I offered some money but he refused. I think of this day often and I'm just happy I got to my destination in time thank you for helping me!!”
