“Had to get car towed, was afraid to drive there was a terrible noise when starting. Turns out I'm an idiot and the whole underside of the car was frozen. I'm 45 min away, without a way to get the automobile and got a call from Josh and kindly they dropped off the car as a courtesy. I wouldn't of had a car for several days until my folks who are in their 70's came from Illinois and would've had to drive in icy conditions to drop me off. “Thankfully was able to order the 2024 Arctic Cat ZR 600 Catalyst with Atac and Atach systems in March 2023.I included desired accessories the 2 most important being high windshield and Atach semi rigid storage both of which were included in the original estimate.When sled came in the Atach storage wasn’t ordered and they had the wrong windshield. The actual windshield was in stock at Arctic Cat and elsewhere but would be a month to get in.Grrrr.Salesman greeted me outside of the store’s door with a solid handshake. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They even started my 1997 ZL 440 for me as my shoulder was toasted.It isn’t the end of the world. But would have been so nice to at least have the windshield installed. Now it’s on me to uninstall the 2” of stock “windshield” and install the high one when it should have been done.Thanks to Country Cat got it done.On a high note thanks to Schoeder’s I have probably the best designed snowmobile ever made. No tools to access everything under the hood! Atach system is easy peasy and lockable. The seat should take a lot of stress off my aging hip joints (narrow up front) and the Catalyst system gets rave reviews. The battery is under the seat which is also east to remove.Lacking snow here in Central Wisconsin no first ride to report but can update this then.”

“I don't buy parts often. I went during lunch and there was only one person working and the phones were ringing off the hook. But he took the time to answer my questions. This big fella came in who happened to be his coworker was asked to answer the phone. I don't know if he was lazy or didn't care to help his coworker but he never got around to answering the phone. My salesman did. It was a little off putting. I would rather see teamwork and a positive work environment.”
