“Had an issue with the battery in my van. I gave Northwoods Auto Tech a call, and Roni (service advisor) was able to get me in right away. Matt (service mechanic) performed the service on my van. I was only in there for a simple battery change but he also put air in my tires. Which they didn't have to do that. They checked everything over and made sure everything was correct. I was out the door in a reasonable time. Thanks again.”

“We were stranded in Rhinelander when our car overheated over the July 4th weekend. We went to 3 shops for diagnosis but no one could help us except D&J! Because it was a foreign auto, they didn't have the equipment to fix it but they couldn't have been more helpful...checking for a leak, giving my husband a ride to the car rental and providing a cool waiting room on a super hot day for us and our dog. Amber was soooo nice, so helpful. Thanks D&J!! Sally, Bill and Freddy, too.”
“State farm had my car towed here... Was helpful... But no real interactions with people.,. Only thing I can say is I left my title on the driver's seat (due to no instructions from Gerber and no instructions from State farm). Of which the title was promptly lost between be leaving my title in a secured car with only Gerber had access to. And when state farm took it to the next staging place... No I don't think this is Gerber's fault. It could just as well be state farm But somewhere in between there and it's final place the title was lost...”
“Flat tire. Allowed use of a pump to inflate the tire so I could drive over to get it fixed or replaced. Removed a stone and was only charged a minimal fee. Fixed within a few hours and staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Will be recommending and also returning for new tires before winter.”

“I was struggling to find a automotive mechanic to put in a aftermarket clutch for my Audi A5 as most shops dont do aftermarket performace parts but Jimmer was not only able to do it but did it for a fantastic price saving me thousands of dollars. The clutch works flawlessly and you can tell he knows his stuff when it comes to working on vehicles. The thing I like best about Jimmer is hes not afraid to take on a task just because of the vehicles make or model.”
