“Had an issue with the battery in my van. I gave Northwoods Auto Tech a call, and Roni (service advisor) was able to get me in right away. Matt (service mechanic) performed the service on my van. I was only in there for a simple battery change but he also put air in my tires. Which they didn't have to do that. They checked everything over and made sure everything was correct. I was out the door in a reasonable time. Thanks again.”

“Stopped in to look at a Ridgeline. It was cold and snowing. Nami (spelling) came out and showed me the vehicle. He asked if I wanted to test drive so we did. Got back to dealer and they drug me out of the car tied me up and made me fill out a credit app. Luckily credit was good they held a gun to my head and forced me to sign the papers. Fearing for my life I signed them. Then they forced me to buy the undercoat and made me come back the next day to pick up the vehicle.
In all honesty the sales staff and credit people were all easy folks to work with. One of my better car buying experiences.
