Ronnie took my call after I saw their high Google review rating, and not only got my car looked at and made sure it was completed within 24hrs so we could get back to our primary residence, but she also offered a AAA discount, and if the tow truck couldn't get to me soon, her own suggestion for towing. I don't plan on breaking down up here again, but if I do, Northwoods Auto is where I'll call first!”

“I take all my vehicles to Todd for everything. From oil changes to building a race motor this guy is top notch. His shop is always clean and organized. His engine room is cleaner than a doctors office. He ussaly is backed up due to lack of help and the amount of work. He is the only person locally I trust with all of my vehicles. Last time there he thought he knew what the issue was but wouldn't replace it till he was 100% sure. They will not just throw parts at it hoping it fixes the problem.”
“Jay found the issue in less than 15 minutes. A different shop said it would be a new power steering pump. But he replaced the hose that was the real issue and got it done asap!”

“My parents had come up for the weekend and when they went to leave their truck sounded quite terrible. Professional Automotive was recommended by a friend and I gave them a call to inquire about getting the truck looked at. Travis was extremely competent, honest, and willing to be upfront about how long it might take to get the vehicle looked at. I called on a Monday and he had said they could not get it in until next Wednesday, but if I wanted to drop it off and leave it that they would attempt to service it when they had downtime. Since I was able to drop it off and leave it, they were able to look at the truck that week on Thursday, gave me a call before they closed with information on what was wrong and then gave me an estimate on cost. When I told them to go ahead with the repairs they were able to repair the truck on Friday and I had keys in hand by Fridag afternoon! He was able to take my parents payment over the phone and his estimate on repairs was SPOT ON. Extremely happy with their service, flexibility, honesty, and expertise. Highly recommend.”
“Had all four tires replaced and balanced. Also replaced a tire sensor. Excellent workmanship. All the work was completed within 50 minutes. All the personnel I dealt with were extremely curtious and pleasant to deal with. Best prices in town.”
“Stopped in to look at a Ridgeline. It was cold and snowing. Nami (spelling) came out and showed me the vehicle. He asked if I wanted to test drive so we did. Got back to dealer and they drug me out of the car tied me up and made me fill out a credit app. Luckily credit was good they held a gun to my head and forced me to sign the papers. Fearing for my life I signed them. Then they forced me to buy the undercoat and made me come back the next day to pick up the vehicle.
In all honesty the sales staff and credit people were all easy folks to work with. One of my better car buying experiences.
