Jay found the issue in less than 15 minutes. A different shop said it would be a new power steering pump. But he replaced the hose that was the real issue and got it done asap!

The outward appearance of this shop does not reflect the great work done within! Reasonable and accommodating. I'd recommend it for everyone! Although I still need to get a bottle of his maple syrupServices: Steering & suspension repair
