“Mason was wonderful! His customer service skills are nothing but amazing. I ordered 2 recliners for my father to try out. By the time I left the store and called my Dad to tell him, my Dad had already ran to our local small town furniture store and bought his own. I felt terrible for having Mason go through the entire process from financing to the order, just to have me return within an hour to cancel the sale. He was extremely empathetic and understanding to the situation and put in the cancelation for his supervisor to approve when he returned to wirk the following day.
