“We decided on Stone Innovations in Rhinelander for our granite countertops for our cabin in Eagle River, WI. They were WONDERFUL!!! I can’t tell you how great our experience was, working with the ENTIRE TEAM at Stone Innovations. First, there was Darlene at the store in Rhinelander. We’ve talked so much, that she knows me when I call (and that’s a good thing). We had a tight timeline and Darlene took the ball and ran with it. She kept me updated and informed the entire process. Then there was Jenny at the production facility in Plover and she was as just as helpful a Darlene in Rhinelander. Finally, the installation team was great, too. They had some hiccups in their schedule the day of installation, but kept me informed during the entire process AND the installation still was completed on the day that was promised (only a little later than initially planned). The guys were exhausted and it as late, but they still did a great job installing the countertops and they were professional, kind and friendly (even though they were exhausted). I highly recommend Stone Innovations for anyone needing new countertops in The Northwoods area.”
