Every detail was handled with care, professionalism, and honesty. My car looks BEAUTIFUL, inside and out. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company and the entire experience was positive.”
“Don Johnson Motors Collision Center was a good place to work with overall. There were issues that were encountered along the way that included delays due to parts and the paint booth going down. They did stay in contact with me to let me know about these delays and how much longer they thought it would take to complete the repairs. They were great about compensating me for the extra week it took by covering the cost of the rental. The only concern that I have is that there were two areas that I thought were going to be corrected that weren't. The rear driver's side bumper continues to have scratches they had said they were going to "buff out". They also said that part of the reason there was a delay was they were waiting on parts to deal with the front side of the vehicle that was pointed out when I dropped off the vehicle. Nothing was done with this. The manager that dealt with the vehicle was not in the day that I picked up my vehicle. I would recommend Don Johnson Collision Center in Rice Lake,
Wisconsin.”

My son has an older rather obscure car. This is second time I ordered parts for it for different things. Both times they had the parts there the following morning when I ordered them late afternoon. And they double checked everything to be sure it was right.
The staff has always been super professional and friendly. Unlike some other places in town that treat you like you are the unwashed child of Satan for daring to need assistance lol. AutoZone continues to be my go-to place for parts

“I came to Larsons after receiving an insane quote from a different auto body shop. He took the time to disect my vehicle and get down to the brass tax of what was necessity. He took the time to competitively compare prices on every item he searched up for the ultimate lowest bid. Mostly he took the time to talk to me and understand me. I think we hashed out a deal. We live in Maryland but we spend several weeks each summer in Northern Wisconsin. Bruce and Jeremy have taken such good care of our SUV the past few years, we try to time our maintenance items to correspond with our time in Wisconsin. In the past they have replaced/mounted/balanced all four tires, several oil changes, various filters/fluids, tire rotations, honestly diagnosed problems, etc… They are professional, honest and diligent and never pushy. The online Walmart scheduling system is a bit clunky but Ive never had an issue getting an appointment when I call them directly.”
