However in the past couple times coming in there has not always been the staff and sometimes they're just really slow slow or not helpful in this situation as I have had in the past couple decades working with US Cellular hope you guys can improve your customer service and being more helpful in other cell phone needs and I wish you guys could do more at your store instead of sending people to Madison would be nice too thank you for your service I'm still a customer of T-Mobile US Cellular”
