“Get this… I go into the post office today, and it’s closed on January 2… to exemplify the kind of service we get here in Green Lake I’m standing in the closed post office and out walks a lady postal worker who came in on her federal holiday to volunteer to get our mail out tomorrow. How about that for some outstanding service… These employees are under resourced. This is how our post office makes it happen for us… Here’s a lady who came in on her day off… Doesn’t get any better than that old school customer service. Thank you. Mystery postal worker for coming out on your day off.”
“Just want to say thank you to the lady who solved my problem in a jiffy. I had bugs delivered to my house, it does state not to deliver in cold/hot temps, I called and explained and she got the package back to my house. Told her I would be there within an hour, they followed the rules on them with I do thank you for. Now I will happy beardies. Thank you for being sooo kind and understanding!”
