We came in an hour before closing but Mike stayed and was friendly and funny the entire time it took us to update 3 new phones and a smartwatch. Highly recommend dude gets a raise. He was super patient, found us the best deals, and didn't seem to mind our loud autistic toddler running around!!

I regret visiting this location. I was not impressed with the customer service I received all 3 times I visited. With each visit, it became apparent that they lacked skills, knowledge, and/or ability to perform their tasks because I left without phone service. I ended up going to another location in Berlin where Dylan instantly got to work and had my phone activated within 45 min. He was helpful, professional, and friendly. I left feeling satisfied with my customer service. I will not be revisting the Ripon location. I don't think the employees were properly trained for their job in Ripon.

Dante was the sales person he was very good but I'm disappointed, he gave his phone contact so I could reach out to him and I've never contacted him and now I tried to reach out to him so i could come see him and hes blocked me from texting him. I guess I can't buy my grand daughter a phone cause I don't know what office he's working at since they rotate.
Can a manager or Dante call me, I need to return my trade in phone.

Bailey was incredible!I had a horrible experience with the past 2 staffs @ the Ripon Verizon location.I walked in today with much trepidation...But quickly eliminated my concerns. Bailey under promised & Over Delivered! She walked me through everything step by step with true care for the customer! Victra... you have a management Supa-Star in the making!?? Thank you Bailey!
