“We are from out of town and visited with our pups. We enjoyed the snack and tap on the patio with sliders and truffle fries, the food was AMAZING, but the service was absolutely astounding! Upon checking in at the hostess station Sienna took the time to explain the menu options to us and how to access the patio with our pups. Allen was at the snack and tap window on the patio and provided AMAZING service for both us and our our pups. He was kind, personable and friendly. Being a customer service manager myself, I will say that everyone in a customer service role should take a lesson from him!!
