“Everyone at Performance Jordan, Jeremiah, Andy and Dave were awesome to work with. My appointment went from a simple oil change and tire rotation to new tires, alignment, front and back brakes, and brake line flush. They were able to coordinate it all into one appointment which was very helpful knowing a predicted snow storm was coming. Great service and great customer service all around. Anytime there’s been an issue they’ve been able to explain it in a way I understand but doesn’t also feel like I’m being pressured into anything! They’ve caught several issues for me before they became big problems. Well done and thank you!”

I wanted to get the bumper and hood painted on a matte white car I just bought due to rock chips, sun damage and scrapes. Justin and the team at Perfection were able to perfectly match the Bianco Canopus matte white finish which I thought would be a nightmare to get done. “Dan was great. I called on a Sunday and was able to drop my 2019 Mazda CX-5 off right away. He took a look the next day and let me know what he found. Dan went above and beyond by looking into the issue and telling me other people had reported the same exact issue (cracked cylinder head). He gave me time to process the information and look into my options. He even called a dealership to inquire about recalls or warranty extension. I decided to take it to a dealership in hopes of getting Mazda to pay for the issue. But he said despite how extensive the job would be, he would gladly take it back and fix it if needed. Dan also gave me an estimate that was affordable, especially compared to what others paid at dealerships. I highly recommend this shop!”

“I was greeted promptly upon arrival to the service department by Alfredo. Alfredo was professional, courteous and knowledgeable and explained the procedure for my trucks service/repair thoroughly. When the work was completed (I waited at the dealership) I was updated by Tanner, who was also courteous and professional, on the next steps to complete my trucks repair (parts were ordered). “I was visiting a friend up that way and my Jeep Commander broke down it was a Saturday and 2 hours from home and my friend knew him but he had no idea who I was but I park my jeep there and called him on Monday he said no problem I'll look at it. That Thursday my Jeep was Fixed. Now if that isn't number 1 service I'm not sure what is. TOP NOTCH GUY I WOULD SEND ANYONE HIS WAY. VERY HAPPY WITH HIS WORK”
