“Great spot to grab some gas if you're part of the club, my only complaint it the pumps are supposed to be designed with the traffic going one direction which tends to leave a lot of open pumps and causes backups as alot of cars are going more to the gas being on one side of the vehicle so everyone is fighting for the same pumps leaving almost half of them open.”

“I recently switched to Aspurus pharmacy and immediately all my medication problems were resolved. They were very quick getting my order filled. The wait in line was extremely short. All my interactions with the staff was pleasant and just left me with an overall good feeling about the people who are responsible for my meds that keep me from getting very ill. The other pharmacy prior to Aspirus was nothing but nightmares and I do suffer from anxiety and truth be told, I no longer feel the anxiety I do with pharmacies. “I've been using their pickup services since COVID. I love it. Unfortunately the last 3 times I've picked up my groceries, I noticed a horrible smell as soon as the bags are put in my car. It smells like old or moldy ice, and the smell lasts all the way home and into the house. I think the smell is coming from the bags, which, I assume sit in a cooler/freezer until pickup time, so I don't know if the coolers/freezers are bad somehow or what the problem is. But it REALLY stinks! I called the store after the second time to let them know about it. Unfortunately, it didn't seem to do any good because the smell was still there for my pickup order today.”

“This pharmacy is the best in Wausau. Any issues, questions, or concerns are always addressed promptly. Their communication regarding prescriptions is excellent. The longest I've ever waited in the drive-thru is about five minutes, which is much shorter than other Walgreens in the area.
Today, I had an issue with my prescription pickup due to my own misunderstanding and misreading of dates. The pharmacist (whose name I unfortunately didn't get, but this was on 05/13/24) was calm and gracious. Despite not being able to resolve the issue directly, she took the time to discuss it with me, listen, and find a solution that worked. You don't often see that level of care these days. I really appreciate it!”

“Went to pick up my prescription over there, it wasn’t ready which is fine, I can wait for a while. Line does get long since only one person is up there. I do see they seem to be lacking staff (from what I see there’s only a pharmacist and 3 technicians working) there, trying to pick up calls when they can and with the line and all. It can get frustrating waiting but I’ve talked with them and it seems their hours are cut which is why the pharmacy have such limited hours. It is understandable since their staff is already working 9-5, just wish the hours are more flexible.”

“Derek! The only one I will ever go to from this point on! My medication is difficult. Time sensitive, insurance nightmare, costly without the insurance, just plain difficult.
I just recently moved to the area and had to obviously transfer my scripts to up here. I went without my meds for about a month because the insurance, doctor, and pharmacy could not get it all together.
This young man Derek, looked into my account, remembered a conversation from like, 3 weeks prior, and dug to find me solutions. After about 45 minutes, we finally had some options. He found a coupon that would bring my $900 prescription without insurance down to less than $100. We proceed with that option and the next month I had some more obstacles. He handled them flawlessly and I had my scripts through my normal insurance by the end of the day. I hope he knows how much I appreciate all of his help!”
