Menards provides a very good experience with generally helpful customer service and an amazing team. Delivery folks are polite, efficient, and SO helpful. The store allows returns on custom items like mixed paint. Some customers seek more Made in the USA products and are able to find them. While one location was not helpful with a missing parts issue, another store provided excellent resolution. Occasionally, services like paint color matching can be inconsistent, but scanning a physical sample works much better. Overall, customers report a very positive experience, noting better customer service and product knowledge than other home improvement stores. Some are willing to make a long trip specifically to shop there.

Always has what I need and stuff I didn't even knew I needed. It is my favorite place to go for shopping. Customer service for me is always very friendly including if I didn't know how to do certain things they are very good at giving me the ideas I need to complete what I need to do.
