“Its the places to go for cheap reliable tools. I am not a contractor and any tools I have, and it's basically all of them, were bought from harbor freight or given as gifts from the kids because it's something even they can afford. Only tool that gave me grief was their cordless drill. But, I did squeeze 2 years out of it before the battery pack died.”
“Picked up two parts today a huge thanks to Bob for being patient while I made the long drive here & on his day off to meet me here so could have these parts. Bob was very kind, helpful & honorable thank you once again.”
“Very prompt when answering the phone as well as questions. Lisa is amazing, and I truly hope that she stays here. She's very good at her job, as well as all of the other staff!!!”

“Top-Tier customer service. Ramon was very communicative throughout the entire process with updates and ensured I was taken care of from the moment I dropped off my car to the moment I picked it up. Thanks Caliber and Ramon!”
