“We decided to purchase new furniture from Menards. Menards had an Ashley Furniture couch and loveseat. Great sale price plus an 11% rebate. Super easy to purchase in the store by having the associate in the hardware department print us a yard pick ticket. Checkout and paid, then drove back to the order pickup area. Nate, Mike, and the rest of the guys did a great job. Quick to respond to us. We didn’t have to wait 10 minutes, and they loaded the item into my truck.Great price, great service, and 11% rebate back on the purchases.I appreciate the quality and service of this store.”

However, this location has really turned around in the past couple of months. I can only guess that it is under new management. “I bought wood from this store where the price was on shelf $20 , by mistake I grabbed one more expensive than the first one I need When I cut it on the saw , I surprised the price is 75$ I explained the situation to the cashier her name is Hiba she called the Manager his name is Geraldo asked him if she can give me a 10% discount , he told her it’s up to you. I got the 10% off that was really nice of her she was really helpful and giving excellent customer service .Thank you so much Hiba ☺️”

“Trust me I have NEVER gushed about a big box home improvement place until now. I think there might be a new manager because I heard this woman making sure that all of the associates were greeting all of the guests. Fantastic! They are well staffed and if you ask where to find something you get an immediate response and sometimes they will take you to the aisle to find the product. Years ago this location was a ghost town and you had to hunt down people - now they are available in almost every location. They had an awesome sale on mulch so I needed 50 bags purchased over two trips. Each time a nice kid would help me load the truck because it is back breaking to lift those bags. Today I drove my heavy cart down the wrong aisle and had to load my car from the cart that was hanging in the other row. An associate saw me struggling, pulled my cart over the curb and again helped me load my car! Kudos to HD for a great improvement experience. Also next time you are there notice that each area of the store has a different vibe. People doing home improvements aren't as happy as the people shopping the garden aisle!”
“This place has improved a thousand percent since new owners purchased it and took over. Lighting is great where it used to be dark and dingy and you have people who actually want to help you. I have gone to their other ace hardware store in South Milwaukee and I really like that place too. I will definitely shop here again”
