“This is a well kept secret. I was able to purchase a new kitchen sink faucet for half the price. The staff were very patient as I was indecisive. They also loaded up my car! Thank you Matthew!”
“My husband and I needed some help getting some tools and paint and Mark matched our sample of paint perfectly while also teaching us about our warranty! The staff were super friendly too even though we were there late. Definetly will be shopping here for our home repairs!”
“I delivered 5 skids of siding here today 06/19 my load shifted and I could not open my conestoga trailer as the skid was lodged against the tarp your associate Cole was great to work with while we hand bombed 2.5 skids roughly 30-40 boxes of siding in 85-90 deg F.
Just want to say thank you to Cole and highlight his great attitude even in a less than optimal situation.”
“Through out all the years I been to Menards. I have to say, Doug who works in the electrical department has always been a pleasure when I had questions. He is very knowledgeable about everything. He's kind conciderate, goes out of his way for you, and has never been wrong! Thanks Doug, I'm greatful, and appreciate all the years you've been there for me.”
“Shout out to the knowledgeable guy in Plumbing on the evening of July 22nd.
He noticed me with an arm full of merchandise and pacing back and forth. He asked me what I was working on. He took the time to see my pictures and what I was trying to do in a complicated situation. Told me all the stuff in my arms I did not need and took the time to go over his plan of what I need to do. it worked perfectly and saved me a lot of time and you deserve a raise, sir.”
“Lately, the experience at Home Depot changed.
The employees are extremely gentle and they offer help constantly.
Whatever the leadership did to motivate the employees, it's working. As the technology is taking people job and turning into a non social experience, we appreciate the human connection. Humans are super social being and we trust more in a person expertise than any AI.
Good job!”
“Zach/Zack in hardware helped me find what I was looking for, and gave me more details about what I needed to get for my project. This is the Home Depot I always go to, but this was the first day that anyone has ever approached me to see if I needed help finding things/figuring out what was appropriate to get for the job. I’ve always sought workers out, but he approached me right away, probably knowing that I was just trying to figure things out on my own.
Great work, great hospitality, good job to Zach/Zack! I haven’t ever given a review for Home Depot before, but Zach/Zack deserved it!”
“This place is our second home when it comes to home improvement projects....As we venture here for most of our tools and parts needed to complete a project...So do many others in the same field...So when we MAKE THAT MAGIC HAPPEN like my cousin does all thru the city...(Johnathan Swiams Jr) Check him out for all Home improvement Projects!”
“I love coming to this Home Depot. Everyone is always pleasant & willing to help. The lady at self check out was very pleasant as well. Thanks Tristian for going the extra mile and assisting me with getting heavy items in my vehicle. The employees & managers should to be recognized! S/O to them 💥❤”

“wish I would of gotten the workers names but there was an older gentleman who took the time to explain the difference in gauges for extension cords which was an absolute help. Never left a hardware store feeling so well informed and confident in my purchase.”
