“I ordered online an otr microwave. Received a text that they did not have it in stock and will get a refund. I never got a confirmation on my refund so I went to the store. Talked to 2 employees and they couldn't seem to help me out so one of the staff grabbed Cody. Cody took me to the microwave section look into the microwave and helped me select another microwave in stock. Took me to the front and and checked me out. And I just paid for the difference. That was an excellent customer service by Cody.”
“Lately, the experience at Home Depot changed.
The employees are extremely gentle and they offer help constantly.
Whatever the leadership did to motivate the employees, it's working. As the technology is taking people job and turning into a non social experience, we appreciate the human connection. Humans are super social being and we trust more in a person expertise than any AI.
Good job!”
“We have used ProSource multiple times and everytime we have been extremely satisfied and impressed with their product selection, expertise, and total commitment to customer satisfaction. Everyone we have dealt with has been more than helpful. Communication is excellent and timely. The crafts people they partner with are truly outstanding making ProSource the perfect one stop shop. Friendly, courteous, efficient and professional. What more can you ask for. It's a total pleasure dealing with them because they act like your partner.”
“I love coming to this Home Depot. Everyone is always pleasant & willing to help. The lady at self check out was very pleasant as well. Thanks Tristian for going the extra mile and assisting me with getting heavy items in my vehicle. The employees & managers should to be recognized! S/O to them 💥❤”

“This is a well kept secret. I was able to purchase a new kitchen sink faucet for half the price. The staff were very patient as I was indecisive. They also loaded up my car! Thank you Matthew!”
