We have banked here for years. Getting worse. After all this time I was just told today that my license doesn't appear in all their systems and I need to see a banker to update. A few months ago even though I gave my information they took my withdrawal from my sons account instead of ours. Watch all transactions!

The incompetence is unbelievable. This place should be audited for their mistakes. How can a simple loan payment be so hard to get right when the correct number is pre-typed on the stub ??? This place is a joke
