The incompetence is unbelievable. This place should be audited for their mistakes. How can a simple loan payment be so hard to get right when the correct number is pre-typed on the stub ??? This place is a joke

Very poor and inaccurate communication. Was told 3 different answers to one question and none were correct! Don’t expect things to move on time. Questions will not be answered in a timely manner, takes 3-5 days to get a response when questions are emailed and voicemail box full. Appts are rescheduled and postponed so make sure you don’t rearrange schedules too much. Very disappointing!

Talked with the bank manager February 28 2020 she was going to refund the cost of my checks because after telling them three times to make sure they put the correct address they still got it wrong and my account has yet to be refunded.

Hours change still 9:30 to 4 drive thru only. Hours inconvenient and does not take customers needs into consideration. Not all banking can be done online.

Friendly tellers, but the small town feeling is gone. When I mentioned this to someone behind the counter, she couldn't care less. Sad.
