“I bought a new car two weeks ago and just recently noticed a few minor scratches on it. I stopped by to see if it’s something simple enough they can fix and to see what the cost was going to be. The receptionist that helped me got started was friendly and helpful. She walked around the vehicle with me and I pointed out where the scratches were. While I was waiting back in the waiting area a gentleman by the name of Jim came to update me that they can remove the scratches, just not at that moment but if I was to wait about an hr they can get to it. Less than 10mins go by and they were completed! I appreciate the great customer service and no cost fix. I will definitely go back for future repairs if ever needed and will recommend 1collision to friends and family.”

“So far it has been an exceptional experience. Living in Wisconsin I was bound to hit a deer at some point and I was directed to crash champions by my insurance company. They didn't make me wait, were very friendly and I was out quickly. After my claim is approved they order the parts and then when the parts come in I take my car over and they keep it just a day or two. Unlike the other places I was directed to where they wanted to keep my car for a month! Don't fall for that!”

“I recently had the opportunity to visit Auto Collision due to a scratch on my vehicle. Without an appointment I stopped in, showed the technician the scratch and asked if they could repair. He said yes, quoted me a price and that they could do the repair right then and it would only take about 15 minutes. They delivered. They did a great job. “I had a large dent in my bumper from hitting a traffic barrel (it was laying sideways in the roadway) so I went to get an estimate. They took the time to pop out the dent. The gentleman used his torch and heated the bumper so he could get the dent out. He even polished my bumper. Great customer service and great people. He didn't charge me for this minimal service, but I can assure I will tell all my friends and family that need collision repair that Kaliber is the place you want to go. They went above and beyond. Anytime I need service I will be returning there. They also clean headlights if you need this service check them out.”

I purchased a 2024 jeep sport S two-door. Ever since I was a mechanic in the army I’ve always wanted a two door jeep. Cloth top as well.I put over 2000 miles on it in two weeks so I thought I better buy the unlimited mileage seven year extended warranty.
