“I had to get body work done after an accident, and I ended up going with Collision County Line based on a recommendation. Honestly relieved I did. The staff was upfront with me the whole way through — no pressure, no weird upselling, just clear answers about what needed fixing and why. They kept me posted while my car was in the shop, which I appreciated since that part of the process can be stressful. Pricing was also better than a couple other quotes I'd gotten. Car came back looking good as new. Not something I was excited to deal with, but they made a bad situation a lot more manageable. Would go back if I ever needed to (though hopefully I won't).”

“Bilco auto body was great! I had my wife's Toyota rav 4 in for a dent and scratch on the tailgate. Bill and his team repaired it and looks like new. Other body shops would have wanted to replace the tailgate. Bill saved me a fortune! He also repaired a rust hole on the bottom of my Toyota 4 runner and did a fantastic job! I highly recommend Bilco Auto body. You won't be sorry. They were awsome!”

“I recently had the opportunity to visit Auto Collision due to a scratch on my vehicle. Without an appointment I stopped in, showed the technician the scratch and asked if they could repair. He said yes, quoted me a price and that they could do the repair right then and it would only take about 15 minutes. They delivered. They did a great job. The service department never disappoints with my car needs and monitoring of my car’s situation. The people there are friendly and professional, too....definitely a good value for their services.
This past week, I again, had Gordie Boucher service my car for an oil change. I had scheduled the appointment online; however, when I arrived, their system did not reflect the appointment. However, I had the confirmation email on my phone and Tim, in the service area, appreciated the email and he photocopied it to send onto IT....all went well for my appointment, Tim made sure my car was serviced per my appointment.
