“Shae and Jason were incredible! Long story short I’ve been having terrible luck with dryers. Mine started on fire in November. I have ordered 3 different ones since and none of them worked. Had an awful experience with Costco with my first dryer. With Best Buy and Geek Squad the service has been incredible. My delivery team (Shae and Jason) was able to figure out that it’s actually my outlet that is causing the issue. Saving me the headache of exchanging for a fourth dryer that wouldn’t have worked either. As a mom of a 6 year old boy who plays hockey I am so thankful to finally have an answer and a plan to a working dryer!!”

The workers were apologizing for the issues and making small talk so I had no problem with the small hiccup.
