“Update- Finally reached a 1st level representative, Emily, who completely handled my concern and stayed with me until I was completely satisfied. The first 2 calls made earlier, today, did not go well even though the representatives I spoke with on the phone were very nice. I will say that their automated phone system is somewhat disastrous- the system seems far more concerned with having the caller complete a customer satisfaction survey at the end of the call- great- they need the feedback- but it seems obvious that nobody is monitoring the surveys. Thanks, Emily!”
