Worst company ever! They have has my HSA funds for over a year. When I call I get put on hold for hours. Then someone will come on and tell me my check is in the mail.

Filing a compliant with Wisconsin Dept. of Financial Institutions. PO Box 7876 Madison, WI 53707-7876. Recommend others do the same. HSA Bank is holding funds in my HSA account. Two weeks ago I requested funds to be transferred to another institution - one that did not charge a monthly fee. Funds have not been released.
