“I read the worst/negative reviews before I give my final thoughts and personal experience in an online review. To address one complaint about mark ups, most stores do it. You as customer have the choice of buying the thing here and now with convenience for some mark up. If its too high then don't buy. But if the price is right to you, then why not? I was here twice in the last week and the second time i met the owner, Lynn. She has quite the personality, and while some reviews had bad experiences with her, we had quite the fun experience as we perused her store. I feel a lot of bad experiences in anything come from a miscommunication somewhere at some point. I would say it is a waste of your time Lynn to respond emotionally/sarcastically to the negative reviews. It doesn't feel nice. I understand the bad reviews might not be fair. What I saw in one of them is you laid out your side of what happened, how it may have inconvenienced you, your store, or other customers/players, and I feel that was a much more informative and laid out perfect response. I appreciate your store and the 2 helpful employees (I apologize i dont remember their names) and yourself the second time I was there with my partner that got her pin and coffee. And the cleanliness/atmosphere of your store!”
