“My 2018 Alfa Romeo Stelvio had been giving me trouble for a long time before I came to Nexgen. There are hardly any places that can handle European vehicles in and around Sheboygan. NexGen is the exception and definitely the place to get your car serviced. I had engine cooling issue and trouble codes that would not clear. It was such a pleasure working with Mike to resolve all issues. From diagnostics to replacement parts Mike was very transparent, communicated openly, and was very honest. He helped me understand the issues in detail and explored with me the best options to go with. On top of that Mike provided temporary transportation to allow me to continue having a ride while my vehicle was being serviced.”

“We are very pleased with the repair of our rear bumper on our 2018 Mazda CX-5. The bumper cover had to be replaced as well as the piece below the bumper. The invoice was exactly the same as they quoted and the repair was done within the amount of time they said it would be. They even washed the entire vehicle and touched up a few stone chips on the hood. Great customer service and a job well done

“My family had the best experience here! Chris is absolutely lovely, knowledgeable, kind and straight up good at her job. I’ve never been so well treated at an auto shop before. I came in somewhat panicked with a bad tire, a toddler and an infant in tow. Chris diagnosed the problem, got her guys to work on it and we were back on the road in no time.
I will also say they had a cute play table and some activities for kids along with a spacious clean waiting room. Chris gave us waters, crayons for my daughter and she made the time fly by. She’s a gem y’all! I wish I lived in town.”
