He was able to diagnose what was happening with my refrigerator’s water/ice dispenser (which really wasn’t a problem) and told me how to resolve what I thought was wrong. He checked it over until we were both satisfied that things were working correctly. I’ve always been satisfied with Bitter Neumann’s service.”

Versus um and I'm just saying, oh, here you want this, and then they push it off to you as people that's just what you want. And that's it, you know, like, they know what they're they're doing. I respect that they listen to you. They find solutions to help you out. A lot of good guys. They were awesome, most appreciated. I would recommend people but if you like your own carrier, it's all good too. You know T-Mobile, they have good deals out. Take advantage of it.”
