“I can’t say enough positive things about how Kohler treated me when we had an issue with our bathroom faucet. I knew that we had a lifetime limited warranty, but I didn’t even fathom how much cooler would stand behind the bathroom sink faucet that we couldn’t get undone to fix a leak.

I talked with them on the phone and not only did they send us a complete replacement set but because it would be different than the other sink in the master bedroom, they sent me two sets of faucets at no charge. This isn’t unbelievable company. In addition, after they sent the two complete sets of faucets, they sent me a kit in case we got another leak down the road with one of them that might need to be fixed.

These were faucet sets that had a list price of $450 each. Beautiful.”
