The owner was so knowledgeable and really took her time helping us to make sure we found the perfect fit. There was another employee there that was also sweet as pie and very helpful. I honestly don't think I have ever had such a wonderful and attentive shopping experience. I will definitely be coming back for her next knife and any more kitchen needs we have!”

“My 20 something year old faucets started having restricted flow/pressure. I contacted Kohler and they said my faucets needed to be replaced and they covered the parts!!! After 20+ years! But the two main faucet bodies were on 4 month back order. So they said I could buy them from some place else and they would reimburse me! Now that is what I call great customer service!!!”
