“We've been renting a storage unit since 2008, using it regularly to exchange winter/summer items as needed. Perhaps you'd like to go around to spray WD40 on the locks as we sometimes have difficulty getting the key in and out of the lock. Or maybe there could be some kind of flap over the padlock to protect it from refreezing in wintet.”

“I called the facility today 7/23/2021 and asked if a tour was possible, the lady on the phone was very pleasant. She said a tour could be given, as I arrived to the facility she greeted me with a smile. Very sweet and polite. She gave me a tour explained everything I needed to know. I asked about the elevator issues as she was explaining to me what causes the elevator not to work properly, someone got stuck inside the elevator. I personally witnessed the issue. Someone tried to unlock the door on the 4th floor and didn’t fully close it. As the manager went to assist she fully closed the elevator door and the elevator was good to go and the individual on the top floor was able to come down. The facility is very well kept, clean and free of debris. Manager is awesome she kept a smile the entire time and very calm to take care of the issue As I scheduled to come in on Monday to rent a unit, someone walked in to her office to tell her they were very sorry for the loss of her loved one. I was at loss of words. I didn’t know what to say. So if she gets a chance to read this. I just want to say. I’m very sorry for your loss and will be praying for you because one thing I noticed is how hard u took a deep breath and kept your composer when in reality I felt like you wanted to cry. Prayers for the manager in the loss of her loved one”
