Kriete Truck Center - Sheboygan
4717 South Taylor Drive, Sheboygan WI 53081
“I was traveling out-of-state in my RV when the “Check Engine” light came on. The RV is on a Ford Chassis so I called the local Ford dealer to inquire as to whether I could bring the RV in to them. They were unable to work on my RV, but they did give me the name of some truck repair places that might be able to assist me. I drove to Kriete Truck Center, 4717 S Taylor, Sheboygan, Wisconsin where I met Dean Fredricks who said he would take a look at my RV right away. Dean spent about half an hour running diagnostic tests on the RV and determined that the problem was probably the Cylinder Head Temperature Sensor. Unfortunately, the truck center does not work on Ford RV’s. However, Dean asked me to wait while he further researched the problem. He spent another 45 minutes looking into my problem and also calling all around the city trying to find a repair place that could get me in for the repair. Unfortunately, he could not locate a shop that could do the repair anytime soon. He suggested that I drive to Green Bay because they had a commercial Ford dealer and several other repair shops. I asked him if he thought it would okay to drive that far without a new sensor and he told me that unless the “Check Engine” light came back on immediately, I should be okay going to Green Bay. I asked him how much I owed him for the diagnostics and his time and he told me that I didn’t owe him anything, that he was just happy to help me out the best he could. I was very appreciative of his help and I did make it to Green Bay where I was able to get the sensor replaced.”

“Xiong at the AVIS/BUDGET car rental was amazing. He came into the office on his own time to make sure we were able to pick up a car a full day ahead of our original reservation. What company has ever provided that kind of service? And picking up the car was fast and easy. Thank you Xiong for putting a real cherry on top of our vacation!”
