If I could give a zero I would. Shouldn’t have to wait in line for over 20 minutes for a prescription that’s already ready for pick up. And it’s always like this I try to avoid going here if I have too bunch of crap

I have been a long time Walgreens customer. Recently I have noticed getting medication refills is becoming more difficult.Last Monday I called for a refill and received a message a partial refill was ready
Five pills instead of the 90 pills I get. I cannot unsterstand why staff isn't monitoring supplies more carefully so orders can be placed and received to ensure an adequate supply.

Just unprofessional...literally! Went to pick up a prescription last week, the two pharmacy techs were laughing and joking around about being hungover right in front of me and other customers. I get that yeah, you were hungover, but if you wanna joke around and talk about something like that, do that outside of work. Also, everytime we go and pick up a prescription, the pharmacy staff tells us ''our meds are not ready.'' Then why did we get a phone call/text saying that our medications are ready for pickup??? Absolute laziness at it's finest. The only reason why I gave them 2 stars is because Debbie and some of the other pharmacy techs there are nice. The only reasons I go here are because this is only place I feel comfortable picking up my meds at and we've been going here for several years. I can't see myself switching pharmacies ever. Retrain your pharmacy staff, please!

Poor service!!
Every time we go to pickup mothers meds they are NOT ready (Monthly refills).
We hold off trying to pick them up until the after they are supposed to be ready (example: Walgreens , your prescription will be ready Saturday after 1:00PM, we go on Sunday at 10:30 AM and are told that they dont have. Walgreens: "They WERE sent to our filling station, so we cant fill here" "you're need to come back in half hour we will fill it now").
Never fails every time they don't have ready for pickup and we are required to return.

If you wanna wait over a month for am Adderall prescription because these people can't handle sending over a prior authorization for the life of them they are for you. I called like seven times about the issue and was treated like a common tweaker. My medicine got switched from Vyvanse to Adderall due to a bleeding condition, this is absolutely ridiculous

Pharmacy review, not the store itself, that's another review. So we had to have a prescription sent over from another pharmacy, because of insurance, okay, fine. But when they said it would be $400 out of pocket, because it had to be a name brand, because they didn't have an alternative in stock, again, okay, fine. That's been the norm lately it seems. But the problem is, when we tried to ask questions, the older gal with glasses n dark hair, behind the counter was beyond rude, being short, major eye rolling, etc, when i tried to ask questions. She said something about wanting to go on break to her coworker, okay, then go, but don't take it out on customers. I've had problems with her in the past, and after this, I'll get her name and take it to corporate, it's been years that she's acted this way, she has no respect for customers. It's unbelievable. She treated the elderly couple in front of us the same way, like we were all a burden to her, by making her do her job. Look at the other reviews, it would be -5 if I could, but 1 is the lowest choice. It's definitely not the pharmacy it has been in the past. Unfortunately.
