I've been coming to this UPS Store for years and it never disappoints. The staff are genuinely friendly and go out of their way to make sure your package is handled correctly. I came in during the holiday rush with an awkward-shaped item I had no idea how to ship, and they took care of everything — packaging, labeling, and finding me the best rate. What could have been a stressful errand turned into a five-minute stop. Clean store, short wait times, and people who actually seem happy to help. This is my go-to for all things shipping and printing. Highly recommend!”

“I cannot thank the staff at this location more. I brought in a booklet for printing and when I arrived I realized I’d made a mistake with a long black fold line on the cover. I just told them to go ahead and print my 50 copies and I’d just deal with it. Imagine my surprise when I picked up the perfect booklets! Ryan had gone out of his way to scan the cover and make the adjustment I didn’t know was possible! My booklets were perfect!! I’d planned to take a several hours hiding my own mistake with washi tape, but now I don’t need to do that!
I was surprised and grateful. Everyone at the counter is nice and accommodating. I chose this location because it was convenient, but now I’ll choose it no matter where in the city I’m coming from. Thank you.”
“Great surprise that this service now offers live scan fingerprinting via PrintScan for FBI background checks. Previously, the closest option was in the Chicago area. I spent a long time looking for a local solution for a foreign residency application and found it right here in Bayside. I received my FBI results in just 45 minutes! The staff was friendly and professional, and it was easy to schedule an appointment. Outstanding experience.”

“My company has purchased pelican cases from Pak-Rite multiple times to ship our avionics demos to various trade shows and customer demonstrations. The process is efficient. We place an online order and select in-store pickup. A store employee then contacts us to confirm the sale and the date and time of pickup. We've shipped our demos without pelican cases a few times, and we always end up ordering more. The cases not only protect the delicate equipment, but they make transportation--whether through an airport or to a FedEx office---a breeze.”
“I run a wedding floral business from my home, and I somehow missed delivery for one of my Monday morning fresh flower deliveries. I panicked not knowing if I'd have to wait until the next day for redelivery, if they'd all be dead by then, etc. as I've never missed one before! I tried calling FedEx but everything is run by robots these days. So I drove to this location to get help figuring out how I could get my flowers the fastest. The employee at the counter was incredibly kind and helpful. I believe her name was Pam. She took my number and said she'd get in contact with the driver to try to get them redelivered today. She called me back within a couple hours to say my flowers would be delivered within the next hour and they were. I am so grateful for her kindness and help today!!!”

“this looks like a perfectly reasonable smoke shop and hookah lounge-- and an ineffective ups/package point. ---don't make the trip here for amazon returns (staff told me they have a problem with ups not taking the packages, or others not picking up the packages, so they did not take mine)”

“Had to drop off a package for ground delivery. Fellow at the gate took care of it. Not like UPS or USPS where you walk in with a parcel. They've got a clipboard to sign and that's it. I did have a prepaid shipping label, so that might make a difference.”
