Roelli Cheese Haus is a must-stop business with a generations-old family history, crafting unique cheeses and exceptional fresh cheese curds that are far better than grocery store varieties. It is a great little store with a great selection, offering smoked provolone, sausages, snack sticks, landjaggers, deli sandwiches, and local drinks, snacks, and candy. Everyone can find something to enjoy, including the best soft serve ice cream anywhere. The staff is friendly, making it a midwest must for fresh curds and special cheeses.
Fresh Curd Friday 2/6 /26. Curds were exceptional. They are always really good but today's were the best cheese curds I ever had. I have been getting them every Friday for years.

Was recommended to this place by a local! It is an absolute must stop. Went on the hunt for a few special cheeses to bring home for Christmas. Found exactly what we wanted and then some. Loved the smoked provolone! The staff is friendly and they have a great selection.
