He will then give you a call with the estimate and get the work done as soon as possible. Usually on the same day. “Heads up Mike is the best, I had brakes - Rotors and tires done in October 2024 then moved out of town. 9,000 miles and 9 Months later I had scorched front Rotors and half my brake pads were gone.( 12 Month unconditional warranty on parts per Nappa policy) Mike stood up for me and demanded that the distributor pay me back for parts from out of state. They didn't want to, but he got me a full refund and Nappa mailed me a check for $550 to cover replacement costs for new Rotors,front and back. He stands behind his work and I was in a bad spot that he helped me navigate.”
“Slid off the road tonight during a really bad snow storm. Called Antioch Automotive and they picked up right away, I didn’t get a call center somewhere across the globe. The lady was very friendly and they arrived onsite in a half hour which is nuts considering the weather. They pulled it right out, and they were cautious to take good care of my truck.
