“The service was great. Rob squeezed me in not only once it twice. I had to cancel the first time because my child was sick. The heat sheld from under my car was hanging down. It needed to be clipped back in place. In and out in about 15 minutes. But not only that didn’t even charge me. What? That is absolutely unheard of. “I called Norm to gather some information on a used car that his team serviced over 5 years ago, on the off-chance that he could give me some more information on some of the parts installed. Norm spent nearly 30 minutes going through the old servicing folder, and offered for me to send him an e-mail so that he could get any additional information to me. There was really no benefit for Norm here, and his willingness to help out solely for the sake of being helpful is greatly appreciated, and I'm sure is indicative of what someone should expect if they bring their vehicle to Westech. If I didn't live 800 miles away, I would certainly be bringing all my vehicles here.”
