“Banking with a local bank is a breath of fresh air. Whenever there is a question or issue, the response is "I will find out for you." (and they do), instead of the "It's not my department--pass the buck to someone else or wait on hold in a long phone queue response from the big banks.”

I called into check my balance and was pleasantly surprised by the lady that answered. Carrie was very upbeat and polite. She went above and way beyond what I feel her job is. She took the time to thoroughly explain and help me with my concerns. I honestly can't thank her enough. We went in to get details about, and to apply for a vehicle loan and in less than an hour had the information we wanted, completed a loan application, opened an account, and got full details about a vehicle warranty. Everyone we met was very pleasant and made sure all our questions and concerns were addressed. We were pleasantly surprised that the rates for the loan and warranty were less than what we had found at the other businesses we had talked to. The only thing I didn't like is that there's only one location and they moved out of Pick n Save. Now I have to go across town to get money.”
“This bank has all the services I need. It has a really nice drive thru with security cameras. It also has a drive-thru ATM. It has adequate parking handicap access. They have elevators and a nice waiting lounge. I've always found the staff to be friendly professional and helpful.”
