“Our van broke down in Jackson and we needed to get home (an hour away). We were able to get a good car right away for a good price. Then, when our van was unexpectedly ready ahead of schedule, I returned the car early. They gave me a discount for the early return - which I did not ask for or expect. Wonderful service! Would return here again. (Also they were not pushy about extra insurance like I've heard happens some places, and, when we looked over the car before, the condition report was thorough. I felt confident I would not be charged for any prior scratches or minor dings.)”

“The staff were friendly and my rental was quick and easy. All the employees wore masks and there are protective clear barriers between customers and desk workers. They have a policy to reimburse you for gas if you fill it up past a certain point. Initially I did not receive the reimbursement even though I filled up the tank, but the staff were happy to get my problem resolved!”
