“I lived at East Pointe Commons for 2 years. My roommate and I have really enjoyed our apartment. The fireplace and balcony overlooking Marshall Park were some of my favorite features. Leasing office personal were kind and responded promptly to any questions or maintenance needs.”

“Great maintenance and leasing team! The maintenance team is unmatched in Milwaukee. So many people who have moved out say that they don’t have service like they did here. Both Thomas and Dan are wonderful. Cora has also been very helpful with getting a referral bonus and super timely with responses.
Only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because my car was broken into within the surface lot. I did have a car that is more likely to be broken into in Milwaukee, and would’ve hoped I could’ve been added earlier to the waitlist for the inside garage. However when touring was told it hadn’t happened at this apartment before. Also, after it happened I did get offered a tandem spot but was unsure of whether I needed it. I asked for more time to decide since I only had one car now and was told that I had to decide the same day. (This was not Cora, a prior leasing agent). Overall, would be better if they had either a parking ramp gate or prioritized cars that are likely to get stolen for the indoor garage.”

“I’ve really enjoyed living here, it truly feels like home. The property is always clean and well maintained, and the location couldn’t be better. The views from the building are beautiful and make everyday living feel a bit more peaceful.
What I appreciate most is the staff. They’re friendly, attentive, and genuinely work hard to make this a great place to live. Any time I’ve needed help, they’ve gone out of their way to make sure everything is taken care of quickly.
If I had to mention one thing, the parking spots can feel a bit tight for very large SUVs or trucks, but it’s manageable once you get used to it.
Overall, it’s been a wonderful place to call home, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and well-run community”

“I couldn’t recommend this place enough for anyone wanting to live in the Lower East side. Margaret is a wonderful property manager and responds promptly to requests and questions. Maintenance requests were addressed quickly and correctly. I loved the secondary onsite storage ($3 per unit per month is a steal!) and I received all of my deposit back upon move out. No pests, no mail/package troubles, the building is quiet and clean. I would live here again if I moved back to town!”

“I lived here for 4 years. It is a amazing place to live. Neighbors are all friendly very beautiful apartments. Highly recommend anybody who’s looking for an apartment in the Oak Creek area to look into Forge And Flare Apartment. It is also very convenient with local businesses in the area, especially with the town Square being downstairs. I really love the farmers market on Saturdays in the events that they hold apartments notify you with everything management is amazing I highly recommend talking to Tara on getting a place to stay at these apartments”
“I lived at 321 for roughly three years, moving in right when the building was completed in fall 2021 and moving out this past fall/winter. My experience was 5/5! Maintenance was always timely and handled any situation with care. The property manager, Amelia, was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my time there.
The common areas were consistently clean, the building was overall quiet, and the location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of the 3rd Ward. I highly recommend this building to anyone looking for a great place to live in Milwaukee.”

“We love living here. Communication from the office (Jaime and Jennifer) is great. Any tickets placed gets taken care of in a timely manner. The Amazon hub is a plus as well as the pool. Oh and the upgraded internet they just had put in.”
“I've been living at Ryan Green for over 7 years now. The management was not the best but the new manager has been awesome to work with. Elissa is very helpful and prompt to respond. The maintenance guy is always quick to respond and very pleasant. The area has plenty of parking and it's very welcoming. I love the dogs area as they do a great job keeping it clean and do yearly maintance. I would highly recommend to move in.”
“Personally I think that this place is good place to live. It is in a convenient location, has updated laundry room and the the rent is very reasonable. I've lived here for 2years and never had any bug issues. I will agree to some disturbance in the apartment but I mind my business so I don't have any issue.”

“The ratings on this place do not accurately represent the current state of the building. I have lived here for a few years and this place has really turned around since the new management! Christine, the amazing woman in the office, truly cares about the residents and I feel so safe with her here. She makes an effort to know everyone and you can tell that she really cares about this building and the people inside. If we ever have a problem, we talk to her and she fixes it immediately. The maintenance men are also so kind and helpful! This place feels like a little community and everyone looks out for each other. Also, the apartments are massive and at a really good price. We have direct access to the river walk and an underground parking garage. In the last year, we have influenced 4 of our friends to move into this building because it’s a great place!”

I have lived here for going on 3 years and i love it. I moved into a studio at first and even though it was big for a studio I wanted more space. So I asked the office if I could move into a 2 bedroom. The staff here is so friendly and have always taken care of anything I needed. Would recommend to anyone looking for great view, and excellent vibes! Did I mention we have a huge pool?! Management even throws a yearly pool party for all tenants!”

“Had to pay double security deposit due to no previous landlord records, and I haven't moved out yet, but otherwise they have been great landlords. They've been nothing but nice and personable. I've had to call maintenance 3 or 4 times, and they have always come the same day. They seem to run a pretty tight ship. We had to amend our rental agreement to allow for a cat, and they more than willing to work with us. Again, I can neither confirm or deny the claims about keeping deposits, but my first year of renting has been nothing but pleasant.
Note: they do give you a completely exhaustive list of what they expect upon move out, and how much each item will cost if not up to decent standards. So it seems like if they keep any deposit, it shouldn't be a surprise.”
