“The mall has a fair number of stores but what I'm here to talk about is how perfect it is to go with toddlers. They have a little play area (with phone charging stations for parents). There is even a toddler height sink by the food court. My daughter's favorite was the train driving around the mall that we got to ride on though!”

“My shopping intentions for this evening was to purchase at Journey’s Kidz. However, due to lack of customer service I stopped by Foot Locker. When I entered Foot Locker I was warmly greeted by three (3) sales associates. I perused the store and found a shoe I wasn’t even considering. The young lady who helped me was very courteous and efficient. Honestly, they all made my shopping easy whereas I was willing to purchase another item. Sadly, the item was not in stock. The manager came out and greeted me as well. I was grateful for the service received this evening. From entering and upon leaving, I was acknowledged. I do want to point out that looking for great service you as the consumer have to be pleasant as well. It makes the experience so much better. It only takes one (1) smile or grand gesture to add value to someone’s day! The entire team at Foot Locker definitely checked the “E’s” in customer service; Easy, Efficient, and Exceptional! I highly recommend this store and will stop BUY in the near future!”

I bought pillows and sheets only after I examined multiple brands and options. It was so worth the effort as my sleep was comfy and cozy. It was extremely busy when I was there!An employee named Amarissa made this experience the very best for myself & my 2 1/2 year old granddaughter! She helped me the first time with locating the toddler's winter jackets. I'd walked around the store with my grandchild & wasn't able to find it.Amarissa was at the front, checking out customers, when I politely) interrupted her. I'd inquired where the toddlers winter jackets were? This was after I had been walking around the entire store & couldn't find them. Now, she simply could have pointed me in the direction of the jackets. However, she actually took the time to help me & showed me where they were!She was extremely polite, courteous & friendly! She went above what she needed to do! She even was looking at sizes for me after asking what size(s) I needed! She ended up taking me over to where more of them were located in the store! Even when I (believe) her boss or another employee was asking her (via headset or something like that) where she was.She made my experience the most effective, easiest & most pleasant I've encountered! I ended up buying a jacket there, just because of how helpful & kind she was!”
