“Out of all the staff I have saw there, the ones I usually see, quade and Katie and another one I forget the name, are usually extremely helpful, personable and excellent staff, pieces are usually so good, the selection is good. Just always a pleasant experience”

“Excellent service in store but customer service via the company was atrocious! There was an issue with a receipt for a Google play card not printing, they apparently could not print a duplicate. The manager called her boss who told her to tell me to write an email explaining everything...where, when, why how and then I'd get a duplicate in 7-10 days....for a receipt? Are you kidding me? Then the manager let me call customer service using her phone ( my cell had poor service) and the lady I spoke with was short, rude and sounded like I was the issue and not that A receipt didn't print on their equipment. She proceeded to tell me I had to come in the next day and speak to a different manager. What? The one at the location already did all she could.”
