“Kate was nothing short of an AMAZING realtor for us. We had initially been working with another realtor (big name, big company type) and there was zero effort on that realtor’s end to help us find a house or even communicate back when we contacted her. We lost multiple houses because of that realtor’s extreme delay in making offers or getting back to us when we called.
