We called Wilshire Trailers literally at 5 PM (closing time) and thank goodness Zac answered… he took GREAT care of us and got us back on the road within an hour. “It’s not so much that Advance Auto Parts and it’s knowledgeable staff equipped and stocked with the know how to help you find your items but almost certainly they’ll have your items in stock….This review is more about how the his location is a UPS drop off point.I am an online seller and Advance across the street from my location eases quite a costly and counterproductive shipping necessity for my larger orders needing UPS as a cheap and effective method for my customers however the only UPS location around me is 25 miles away hence how advance auto parts partnering with UPS as a pick up/drop off location I mean really does ease and make profitably productive package shipping very possible and next to nothing about my large UPS shipping experience has mermaids hard.”

No bs, straight forward, and wasn’t pushy about buying whatsoever. Test drove the truck, told him to run financing and let me think on it. Week later went back signed papers and brought it home. “I live 40 miles north of Stevens Point Auto. In traveling back from out east I had a loud noise develop from one of my wheels while coming into Stevens Point. We purchased a car from Scafiddi Auto a number of years ago so I drove in on Saturday morning. Luckily the Service Dept was open, I explained my situation to Matt, he asked if they could have the vehicle for a while and I agreed. My wife picked me up and I left the truck there. Monday morning I got a call from Matt saying it was a minor issue and the vehicle was repaired. A pleasant call, I expected much worse. Now they could have said it was many things that would have been more expensive, but they did not. They were honest, which as you know is not always the case.I would highly recommend this Ford dealership for your next vehicle or service. I believe they are honest.”
