“We had a screw in our fifth wheel and they were able to get us in as soon as we pulled into the lot. They replaced the tire and put the spare back under the rv. Super helpful.”

“Easy to schedule an appointment. Very friendly and honest. Great mechanics found the issue My car was having. I fixed it right away. Also identified some things I might want to keep an eye on. Definitely will be my go-to mechanics from now on.”

“If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! The whole team at Premier was so kind, professional and did excellent work! Our moon roof exploded randomly (which apparently happens sometimes). I called around town and was surprised by how many places told me they couldn’t fix it. The team at Premier got us in the same day I called, assured us it was an easy fix, called around to find us a used moonroof (which saved us $1000) and put plastic on our roof so I could still drive until the replacement came in. I’m beyond grateful! If you have any car troubles or need routine maintenance, call Premier!”

“These guys have been so great to me, they treated me like I've know them for years. The customer service they provide is beyond perfect. Any women that are nervous about getting their car fixed, go to these guys. They never let me down as far as being honest. Unfortunately, I'm moving. I hope yall are nice to these guys. Give em a little bit of a hard time for me lol.”

“I've gone to Schierl many times over the years, although not as often since I moved away from Stevens Point. I've always had good experiences here and they were able to fit me in for an appointment for what I thought was a replacement for my shocks and brakes. I almost put off getting my car looked at and just living with the squeaking until I got some other large expenses taken care of (dentist, vet bills, furnace repair, etc). It's very lucky for me that I went in when I did because I was essentially driving a death trap. Turns out that my rear shock mounts had rusted away from the body of my car. I was one bad pothole from having a really bad accident. It wasn't even safe for me to drive the half hour home to Iola. Oopsie poopsie. It DEFINITELY wasn't the outcome I wanted, but I was grateful that the mechanic (sorry I don't remember his name ?) took the time to explain everything and gave me some very good ideas what to do. I may have done a lot of swearing and crying (my poor, poor Ford Escape with 240,000 miles) once I left, but I'm thankful for being treated with professionalism and courtesy (and probably a bit of pity).”

“We brought our car in on a Saturday to get a tire patched after getting a leak from running over debris on the highway while on a road trip, so needed it fixed ASAP. Even though Nick the technician was working by himself that morning and had several other appointments that day, he got our car in, fixed, and got us on our way super quick. He did a great job and we really appreciate his efforts to help us get back to our trip. Highly recommend the services here. Thanks!”
