“If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! The whole team at Premier was so kind, professional and did excellent work! Our moon roof exploded randomly (which apparently happens sometimes). I called around town and was surprised by how many places told me they couldn’t fix it. The team at Premier got us in the same day I called, assured us it was an easy fix, called around to find us a used moonroof (which saved us $1000) and put plastic on our roof so I could still drive until the replacement came in. I’m beyond grateful! If you have any car troubles or need routine maintenance, call Premier!”

“It’s been a challenge to finally get the title for the vehicle I bought from this dealer over a month ago. With all respect, the dealer was not holding my title, however Volkswagen Credit was due to some misunderstanding on their end where it was showing that vehicle was not paid off by the dealer when in fact it was paid off a few months ago. Volkswagen Credit should be ashamed for making me call the dealer for a month straight without any resolution. I appreciate all the help from the dealer especially from Laura, Lukas, Chad, and many others who’ve helped me resolve this case. A special thank you to Laura for connecting me with the VW Credit and getting this resolved after she just talked with them 1 1/2 hours before our call and they had no record of her calling in. VW Credit needs to improve their processes, otherwise their reputation is going down. I am giving 5 stars to the dealer because it was none of their fault, and I would like to apologize for my frustration during the many calls I had to make in order to get this resolved. God bless you guys.”

“At Stevens Point Hyundai I have always had positive experiences. I just purchased my 2nd vehicle from Troy O & Carter. They were knowledgeable & courteous. They listened to my needs and helped me make a great choice. James in finance was swift with the paperwork and made everything clear as to what I was buying. Kelly the Service Manager has always been helpful & honest with my routine maintenance and care of my vehicle. I highly recommend Stevens Point Auto Center.”

“Wrote a review on yelp, gonna write it again here. Best repair shop in town, car looks better than it did before the accident. They worked efficiently with insurance and made sure they had everything needed to make sure my car was safe and ready to go. When they had the parts my car was ready to go as soon as they possibly could. My car has a lot of sentimental value and Dave’s did an excellent job. It took a couple months to get it all sorted but that wait is more on insurance than it was the body shop. Overall it was worth it and I’m glad I chose this shop to fix my vehicle. 10/10”

“My guy Lucas helped me get into a new VW Taos. I didn’t think it would be possible for me to get out from under my other car but he made it possible! I’m so happy with the vehicle and he was patient and super helpful finding me something that I would like and worked for me! Mac went thro all the financing with me was super nice and helpful as well. They will definitely see me again eventually in the future and I would recommend them to anyone I know looking for a vehicle! Perfect experience!”

“I live 40 miles north of Stevens Point Auto. In traveling back from out east I had a loud noise develop from one of my wheels while coming into Stevens Point. We purchased a car from Scafiddi Auto a number of years ago so I drove in on Saturday morning. Luckily the Service Dept was open, I explained my situation to Matt, he asked if they could have the vehicle for a while and I agreed. My wife picked me up and I left the truck there. Monday morning I got a call from Matt saying it was a minor issue and the vehicle was repaired. A pleasant call, I expected much worse. Now they could have said it was many things that would have been more expensive, but they did not. They were honest, which as you know is not always the case.I would highly recommend this Ford dealership for your next vehicle or service. I believe they are honest.”
