We moved out of state over a year ago and recently had a situation that we needed assistance with. We worked with Suzanne in the Stevens Point office and we have worked with her before. She was so wonderful to work with and helped us without issue. We are over a thousand miles away and with her assistance and the assistance of the Credit Union we were able to work through what needed to get done including a very timely wire. We are so thankful to Simplicity and will continue to remain members even with the distance between us. Thank you so much!!!!”

All the national bank chains would not even meet with me but this bank did. Community First Bank really took the time to get to know me and took a chance when I'm not sure many other banks would have. Like any relationship, nothing is always perfect but what sets Community First apart from the others is simple- When there is an issue or concern you can actually speak to a knowledgeable and local human being. They help, instantly and with pleasure. The only reason I decided to write this review is because they have proven to me over the last 12+ years that there are very few outfits better. After asking about some things on my account, they promptly got me to a banker. Even offered me coffee. The banker was professional and extremely helpful. “I've banked here for over 20 years. In that time I've had a few compromised debit cards. From a fraudulent $700 charge all the way down to a $1.50 soda machine scam. Every single time I've had an issue US Bank has had my back. Canceled fraudulent charges while pending and reimbursement for fraudulent charges completed. This company does know what they are doing. I had to do a review after seeing a few of the 1 star Yelp and Google reviews. The bad reviews don't seem relevant to a typical experience here. If you are doing anything at a bank besides a standard deposit or with draw you should plan on spending some time there. Anything else is just poor planning on your part. Also I would never expect a standard bank teller to know everything there is to know about the banking industry. Call customer service and get someone that can directly cater to your situation. That is what they are there for.”
