“Love going here to buy bird seed in bulk quantities. The wild birds love their stuff more than anywhere else. They have tailored blends based on what you are trying to feed. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. Usually I don't even get to walk my own cart back as they come out to collect them once empty and give you a warm good bye. I won't buy bird seed anywhere else.”
“We are very lucky to have BowWow Meow a locally owned business in Stevens Point! They have an amazing selection of everything pet-owners need but I go specifically for our dog Bustelo. I can't say enough good things about this place. Michelle, one of the owners, is extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about their products. They are very involved with the community and the Humane Society events. You can tell they really love animals. I bring in my rambunctious dog and they all greet him by name with kindness and free treats. It is his favorite place in the world. Every time I come here I leave with a happy dog and a smile on my face. We love BowWow Meow!”
“We found a home for our dog but it did not work out but the Humane Society went and made sure the dog was okay and took her in for the evening I called to let them know that she was my dog and they were amazing with my dog and me I am very proud to say humane Society of Portage County has amazing people and I want to thank them so much”

“Sean, the cashier that checked me out was very attentive, kind, caring and compassionate. Not just with me either, I saw how he handled and cared for the members in front of me as well.
The layout of the store, seemed to be a bit scattered throughout the store, I would have liked to see some adoptable pets maybe from our humane society there such as cats or maybe even dogs. Maybe this is something you already do and I'm just unaware of this. I know with your competitor PetSmart this is something I really enjoy. Also, I was in there for a bit due to personal confusion I couldn't find the proper kitty litter to best suit my needs. I did eventually find one but took almost 40 minutes and I don't believe anyone asked if I needed help. More people like Sean throughout the store proactively monitoring for the needs of customers would be a great help in the future. I loved the turtles ? and valentine cat toy display at the front of the store. That was the pick me up my kitty needed for more playful loving toys.”
“We had to unregister for a puppy class and Josh was great to help us get our full refund. The system was being weird but Josh was persistent and very friendly and helpful to get our class taken care of. This store is cleaner than others I've been to and I suggest it.”

“My absolutely most favorite pet store. They have everything you need when it comes to your average home pet. From food, toys, equipment, and treats of course. The staff are extremely nice and helpful while also not being over bearing. But they always give my boy plenty of treats and love when I bring him in.”
