    Very easy to purchase a policy for a trip across multiple countries. I had to amend the dates of the trip and that was very easy to do as well. Filed a claim due to an airline canceling one of my flights. Travel Guard asked for reasonable documentation and promptly issued a check. Great experience all around.

    I have used Travel Guard for many years, both privately and professionally, and have never had a problem. Like with all insurance, though, you must completely understand the product you are purchasing and keep meticulous records. Only reason not a 5 is because they have discontinued a product I bought in the past.
