Travel Guard International

Insurance
Hours: Travel Guard International is a travel insurance provider that offers coverage for various travel-related issues. Many customers have had positive experiences, especially with claims for medical emergencies and trip cancellations. For example, one traveler appreciated that their emergency medical expenses were fully refunded after documentation from a hospital, and the refund process was smooth and online. Others found their claims for canceled trips and damaged luggage handled quickly and efficiently, often recommending the company to friends and family. Customers highlighted prompt payments and good communication, with claims adjusters providing regular updates. However, some reviews were negative. One customer reported that the company did not honor their coverage, repeatedly asking for the same documents without processing claims, and expressed frustration with the overall service. Another mentioned that the company, sold through a travel package, failed to pay for coverage despite providing the necessary documentation. Overall, many users find Travel Guard reliable and trustworthy, especially for medical and trip cancellation claims, but there are some complaints about unfulfilled promises and poor customer service. The company is generally seen as a helpful option for travelers seeking insurance coverage for unexpected issues during their trips.
